MICSA is a revolutionary product that can be used directly to condition metal surfaces or added to motor oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, 2-stroke fuel and many other lubricating agents which it uses as a vehicle to gain access to working parts. MICSA is a professional product that is supported by extensive, scientific documentation from many respected sources and more importantly has proven itself extensively in numerous industrial and mechanical applications.

Scientific Benefits

It will improve fuel consumption, extend engine life, reduce working temperatures, diminish down time and increase horsepower while protecting friction surfaces. In the process of bonding the microscopic molecules of the Photopolymer blend of MICSA, link together under the influence of heat to form a network Polymer which makes up a tough protective film.

Polymerization Bonding

After this Polymerised layer is formed, heat no longer has any effect on it, and it is not dissolved by any solvents.  When MICSA is introduced into an engine as an example, via the oil filler it coats all wearing surfaces of the engine through a chemical process known as Polymerization. This process only takes place at temperatures above 55°C.

No Oil Mixing

Because MICSA is chemically inert it does not mix with the oil; the oil only carries it until such time as the process of Polymerization is complete.  The parent liquid of the preparation is a volatile detergent liquid, which has a cleaning action on the parts to be coated before it evaporates.
